Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well before each use.
Tips
It is not necessary to store this is the fridge. It will keep in your pantry for up to 3 months. If you do store it in the fridge the olive oil will solidify, so make sure to let it reach room temperature before you need it.
