Meal Plan for the Week of May 19, 2018

Happy Victoria Day Weekend!  It’s the unofficial start of summer, and we are already well into BBQ season.  Love the new grill–we didn’t realize how tired the old one was until we got this new one.  It’s my birthday on the holiday Monday, so dinner is my choice (really, though, it always is), and I’m out a couple of nights this week, so the boys are filling up on the lactose-filled cheese dishes: Mac ‘n Cheese and, of course, pizza.  They can never get too much pizza.  The best thing about my birthday dinner, though, is that I don’t have to cook it!  I love to cook, but sometimes you just need a break, amiright?


Tandoori-Style Grilled Chicken Breasts, with Curried Potato Salad, Broccoli Salad, and Indian Carrot Salad


BBQ Pork Roast with Apples and Onions and Potato Roesti, Baked Beans, and Corn on the Cob


Filet Mignon with Bearnaise Sauce, and Roast Potatoes, mushrooms and Brussels Sprouts


Mac and Cheese


Pizza Night


Asian-Sesame Shrimp and Noodle bowl


Burgers with Potato Salad and Coleslaw
