Meal Plan for the Week of March 3, 2018

This week’s featured meal is Pan-Seared Haddock with Chili-Maple Butter Glaze with a Broccoli and Mushroom Rice Pilaf.  Also, whole pork loin is on sale at a great price this week, so we are stocking up the freezer and making pork a feature in this week’s menu.

Burgers with Broccoli Salad

Sunday

Honey Ginger Pork Loin Roast with Stir Fried Veggies and Egg Fried Rice

Monday

Pan Seared Haddock with Chili-Maple Butter Glaze and Broccoli and Mushroom Rice Pilaf

Tuesday

Asian Pork Noodle Soup With Tofu and Veggies

Wednesday

Pork Pierogis with Baked Beans, and veggies

Thursday

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage Meatballs, Mixed greens Salad, and Sourdough Garlic Fingers

Friday

Broccoli and Cheddar Stuffed Turkey Meatloaf roll, with Mashed Potatoes and veggies
