Meal Plan for the Week of April 21, 2018

They have whole pork loin on sale for $2/lb at Loblaws this week, so we are buying one and cutting it into roast and chop portions for the freezer.  Tuesday’s Chicken Pot Pie is going to be the Recipe of the Week.  It’s a great way to use up leftover cooked chicken. The Hot and Sour Soup is going to used up the leftovers from Sunday’s pork roast.

Halibut with Coconut Milk Braised Chickpeas and Spinach


Chicken Pot Pie with a Pizza Dough Crust


Pork and Mushroom Hot and Sour Soup

Pot Stickers with Chicken Fried Rice
