There aren’t really any big sales this week, so I’m just making what I feel like eating. Sunday’s dinner is fully experimental–the idea came to me as I was falling asleep one night last week. I will let you know how it turns out on the Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/Xratedfood/). If it goes well, it will show up again in the coming weeks as a recipe link. If you have been following the Weekly Plan, you’ll see Burgers up again tomorrow night. We’re not having them two nights in a row, though; I went to Costco today and bought a BBQ chicken, as you do when you go to Costco, so we have switched burgers out for BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza. I’m a little food obsessed. I always have been. I don’t eat to live; I live to eat. I’m not a professional chef. At best I’m an interested amateur, a home cook with some knowledge and skills. What I am, though, is a planner. I like to know what’s happening, what’s coming up, and what might happen, so I can plan accordingly.
