Meal Plan for the Week of June 9, 2018

We are still loving the grill, and the weather is supporting this love affair. We’re running the gamut of proteins this week: chicken, fish, beef, and pork (and beans!).   We had to make some adjustments to last week’s plan because life just got in the way, so the Thai Beef with Spicy Green Beans is on repeat because we never actually got to make it.  Monday is Corn on the Cob Day, so we will be having grilled corn with our fish tacos, because who are we to let a “holiday” go by unacknowledged?


BBQ Whole Chicken with Grilled Potato and Cauliflower Steaks– whole chicken, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower


Chicken Caesar Salad with Garlic Bread–romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, sourdough bread, fresh parsley, bacon, avocado


Grilled Corn on the Cob and Fish Tacos–fish fillets, corn on the cob, tortillas, coleslaw, mango, cilantro, salsa


Thai Beef with Spicy Green Beans and Rice–grilling steak, green beans, Thai Chili, green onions


Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps–ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, carrots, green onions, sticky rice, Boston lettuce


Chimichurri Chicken with Butter-Roasted Potatoes and Carrots–chicken thighs and drums, baby potatoes, carrots, fresh herbs


BBQ Ribs with Baked Beans and Potato Salad–pork ribs, dry navy beans, potatoes, celery, green onions
