Meal Plan for the Week of September 1, 2018

It’s a long weekend again!  The last one of the summer months.  I hope you have planned a weekend full of only good things.  Get out there and have a good time with your family before the kids go back to school on Tuesday.  I’m looking forward to having some time during the day with no one in the house but me.  Having people around is a huge distraction for me and it affects my productivity on all levels.  I have relatively easy meals planned for during the week while we get used to the new schedule, but I’m going to be experimenting with some new recipes and trying my hand at canning.  Wish me luck!

Saturday

Lobster Cobb Salad–Lobster tails, lettuce, eggs, salad veggies and add-ins–whatever you like in your salad

Sunday

Pork Loin Roast with Grilled Potatoes, Mushrooms, Onion and Apples–Pork Loin Roast, apples, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, mushrooms, onions

Monday

Chicken with Peanut Butter-Sriracha BBQ Sauce and Sesame Noodles–chicken , stir-fry noodles, carrots, green beans, green onions, baby bok choy, Asian Sesame dressing

Tuesday

Chicken Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps–ground chicken, Boston lettuce, carrots, celery, green onion, edamame, teriyaki sauce

Wednesday

Summer Sauce Baguette Pizza with Grilled Chicken–diced tomato, chicken breast, mozzarella, fresh basil, baguette

Thursday

Burger, Chips, and Salad–ground beef, buns, chips, salad fixings

Friday

BBQ Ribs and Carrots, with Black Beans and Rice–Pork Ribs, carrots, black beans, rice, onion
